Great Product, August 12, 2011 : I bought this product because I was not satisfied with my previous unit. My other head unit took about 4 minutes to start up when I turned the car on and on ipod mode, anytime I tried to scroll through my music it would always say loading for about 20 seconds. With the Pioneer 4300, the radio starts up almost instantly with the car and never has a loading screen when scrolling through my music. It is also very easy to customize and interact with. Another plus is that the ipod plugs in through the back of the unit and can me acessed through the glove box which helps it sit better, keeps cables out of the way, and less chance of someone trying to break into the car to steal an ipod. I am very happy with this unit and would recomend this for anyone. By ManOfMusic

Awesome, but some features lacking, July 27, 2011 : The screen is bright and clear, but could be a higher resolution, allowing for a better view of videos and album art. There is no internal setting for the backlight brightness, so it can be annoying while driving at night. However, when it is hooked up correctly, your car should be able to adjust the brightness based upon what headlights you are using at the moment. Playing video with your iPod is not possible without the optional iPod cable, however, other features work fine with a standard iPod cable. I haven't tried the Pandora feature, but will update once I find a friend with an iPhone. The radio itself is clearer sounding than my previous stock radio. The sound is much improved due to the built-in MOSFET amp. I plan on getting most of the expansion modules, so I will update when I get them. Overall, a great radio for the money. I have had absolutely no problems with the radio as of yet and I don't expect to. I definitely would recommend this radio to anyone who is looking for a full touch screen double-din and wants all the features but can't afford them yet. By therealtiki255
